All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns for any reason. You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. As long as the order has not been shipped
All plants are packaged with the utmost care with materials such as polyfill and corrugated cardboard to reduce the possibility of damage while in possession of the shipping company. All shipments are considered F.O.B (free-on-board), meaning that once the package is accepted by the shipping provider, any claims of damage, delays, or mishandling will be directed to them. We STRONGLY encourage you to do an unboxing video whenever you order plants, just in case.
*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD ANY ORDER DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER* This can be heat or cold-related. If you are concerned about the temperature in your area, please note that while checking out.
If your order does arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery and include photos/video of the plants and the box.
Plants are living and part of our ecosystem. Therefore, please know that while we regularly do preventative bug/pest treatments while plants are in our care, plants can pick up pests and diseases from anywhere. Do not worry, almost any pest issue is resolvable!

Things to consider when purchasing plants online:
1. Weather Fluctuations: In times of cold weather, we offer heat packs and insulation as an add-on. In the summer, we do offer insulation and cold packs, but cold packs do not stay cold very long at all.
2. Carrier issues: Some carriers perform better in certain areas of the country better than others. If you have a preferred carrier, please note that in your order or send us an email. Consider upgrading your shipping to 2 or 3 days. All items ship from NH.
3. Possible damage due to stress: The fact is that plants are living things, and they get stressed out when placed in a box without sunlight for several days. You can expect that a plant may arrive with some yellowing and a loss of a leaf or two, but overall, it is in good health. Do not worry, this is normal!
